Here are some common reasons for shipping failures:

  • You have indicated the wrong shipping address. In that case, we advise you to contact the carrier and/or opt for an alternative delivery method (lockbox, post office pickup, etc)
  • Your order was delivered to a lockbox or a neighbor. We have seen many customers whose order has been already delivered, they just don't know it yet. If the tracking information states, that the order has been delivered, please do not hesitate to check with the carrier about the whereabouts of your order.
  • Your order is in transit. If you are located outside of the US, chances are your order is undergoing custom clearance. It might take a few business days to show movement, it all depends on the country. In the rare case, the order is not cleared by customs and returned back to us, we will issue a full refund.
